Founded in 2004, SDCmaterials, Inc is a privately held company focused on creating and commercializing high value nano-enhanced products. We target applications where we can deliver compelling benefits to end-users of our products.
Nanotechnology has long held the promise of delivering tremendous benefits to a broad array of commercial, industrial, and military applications. Breakthrough results however, will only be realized through successful execution of a comprehensive approach that takes into account:

The cornerstone of the company is our novel Rapid Material Synthesis System which can fabricate a wide variety of discrete or composite nanomaterials with unique physical properties in extremely short development cycles.
Our Integration and Testing Labs deliver the technology and know-how to integrate these materials into end-products in a way which assures results and does not impact our customers' downstream manufacturing processes.
Our High Volume Manufacturing Facility can produce final validated materials, with batch-to-batch consistency, in commercial scale volumes, at commercially viable costs.
Current commercial priorities include Automotive Catalysts, where our solutions reduce costs and improve performance, and Military Body Armor, where our solutions improve performance and decrease weight.
